Course Outline

   
A day of experiential learning and reflection on good practice in managing groups and group facilitation. Use a theoretical framework to learn about the key stages of group dynamics and group process. Explore the role and skills of the facilitator (including co-facilitation) and consider practical ways to overcome difficulties in groups. Relevant to a range of groups and group work programmes, you will develop creative group work methods to apply to your own setting.
