  • The clarification around boundaries, ground rules. The work around support planning, is what I needed the most. Ideas/techniques of how to assess clients needs and wants. Self care. Found it was delivered very well, I found it was easy to stay engaged. Found it was all very, very useful and has given me a confidence boost.

  • Discussing the different ways of encouraging clients to open up and engage. Realising that things are changing and maybe taking backwards steps is not always a bad thing.
  • Reflective questioning and listening skills. The way we communicate, counselling techniques. Made me realise there is a lot more to carry on learning. Training was delivered well, got a lot out of it.
