What people say

"This training was really useful and will massively help to improve my practice. I felt that Phil delivered it really well. He made the learning accessible and I felt that it was very inclusive."

Young Person's Substance Misuse Worker, Swindon Borough Council, July 2023

"Recognising skills and attitudes, celebrating them and linking them to the issue at hand. Having the scaffolding for conversations about how to get to where they want to be. It was really well planned - the balance of listening and having breaks was just right. The quality of teaching and clear explanation for using the tools, and the tone of it too, meant that I felt able to participate fully."

Training coordinator and Designated Safeguarding Lead, Rework, July 2023

"Really useful approach and will definitely influence my 1-1 work. Liked the breakout rooms for a chance to practise. Regular breaks helped to keep it interactive. Lots of content and great examples. As always with Phil, very well facilitated and inspiring."

Course participant, November 2020

"I have a lot more confidence now that I am equipped with the tools to support the client base I work with. The frequent breakout rooms were a brilliant space to try out what we were talking about in the session. I will utilize what I have learnt today in my current role. Thank you so much for a very informative and interactive session."
