This is a 2 day in-house course (we come to you).

An interactive two days to explore and practice how to facilitate supervision groups looking at psychosocial interventions for both new and more established facilitators.

Participants explore the CLEAR group supervision framework, group process and facilitation techniques; and have the opportunity to practise and refine skills using real examples and challenges.

    This training is available for individual staff members on our open programme in Bristol (you come to us).

    Course aims

    To develop confidence and skills to facilitate group supervision for staff offering psychosocial interventions

    Course objectives

    By the end of the course, you will have had opportunities to:

    • Gain insight into the CLEAR group supervision framework
    • Clarify the purpose of supervision
    • Agree a clear format for supervision group delivery
    • Explore group processes together
    • Consider learning and leadership good practice and how this applies to supervision facilitation
    • Explore facilitation techniques and models, reflecting on your own facilitation style
    • Discuss psychological safety, building trust and how we can create this within the group
    • Practice a variety of facilitation tools and techniques
