Explore definitions, models and creative techniques to facilitate reflective practice processes for yourself and in your team.

This is a 1/2 day online course delivered online (for teams).

An interactive session to develop helpful approaches to developing and facilitating reflective practice for yourself and in your team.

Understand the purpose and value of reflective practice; explore models, core processes and principles; consider planning and structure; and leave with ideas and techniques for creative practice.

    This training is available for individual staff members on our open programme in Bristol (you come to us) and for teams in-house (we come to you).

    Also currently available (online for individuals).

    Course aims

    To consider what reflective practice is and some helpful approaches to develop and manage it, for yourself and in your team

    To provide an opportunity for sharing ideas and creative practice

    Course objectives

    By the end of the course participants will have had opportunities to:

    • Explore some reflective practice models and ideas
    • Clarify the role and purpose of the reflective practice you want to develop
    • Consider some core processes and principles
    • Identify ways to plan from here
