    Trainer: Rowan Miller

"I found the whole course incredibly valuable - interactive engagement, use of resources, group discussions, coaching element, team meetings, values, planning and purpose. Rowan was very accommodating, thorough and engaging. I felt she met the needs of the group and myself personally taking time to embed understanding. (Great group as well!)"

Sarah Gordon, ISVA Team Leader, SPLITZ, May 2021

"Learning techniques to be a more effective HR practitioner and lead organisational change. Very reflective and complemented with a lot of practical and well specified examples. Really up-skilled my knowledge and management. Thank you Rowan!"

    April Humble, Director, Borderlands

"Explanation of the self & approaches for a larger reflection, instead of smaller and practical technical process, and methods. Role play. Great, lots of place for serious exploration & reflection."

Laura Thacker, Project Co-ordinator, North Bristol Advice Centre<

"Really helpful. Activities kept my interest and it was great to use tips & discuss real-life problems. The course really gave me time out to evaluate myself as a person & as a manager and leader."

Annette Johns, Creative Programme Manager, Creative Youth Network

"Everything, the theory, the grow model, coaching skills, learning from others. It was fantastic, I came feeling demotivated and lacking in confidence in my practice. I'm leaving feeling equipped and excited about managing/ leading my team. Thank you."
