Trainer: Susan Moores
"Very useful. Really good to receive some out-of-work perspective and charts on work structure, processes, and best practice. Good peer learning, role play and ethical dilemmas etc. In 20 years of employment, I have not had a chance to reflect and explore what good supervision and management could look like. I really appreciate this chance!"
Helen Bower, Care Trainer, July 2021
"Very practical sessions with lots of examples of how it would present and how to deal with it in practice. Amazing course that should be integrated into all organisations as core training!"
Aled Osborne, Community engagement Manager, Brigstowe, July 2021

Good to have knowledge confirmed & my beliefs around supervision & its importance affirmed & strengthened. Thanks Susan, this was very helpful & I am leaving with great deal of enthusiasm. Everything was useful."

"Truly the entire course was fantastic- the training method suited me and I really am leaving feeling like I have so much more to offer my supervisors. Best training I’ve ever had. Truly educational in an excellent environment created by the trainer."
VC Manager (SW), Barnardos
"Good balance between discussion, groupwork, role play and games! The trainer’s attention to individuals in the group has been faultless - the space felt safe right from the beginning. The past 2 days have been extremely useful and enjoyable. As an experienced supervisor I feel reassured that, on the whole, I do a good job, but have certainly learnt some new things about myself, increasing my confidence and identifying areas I wish to develop. Thank you. Highly recommended!!!!"
