What people say

"Phil is very knowledgeable and insightful when it comes to working with concerned others. There were plenty of hints and tips that can be used during appointments moving forward and an array of different techniques to be put forward. It helped having regular breaks, giving me a chance to reflect on what had been discussed. Phil was fantastic in making the group comfortable and I particularly enjoyed the regular break out rooms with others. Learning from them and their experiences."

"I found the worksheets to be a great help as it gives you a structure to work from when dealing with concerned others. Having that to fall back on to use as treatment option is great."

Course participant, October 2023

"Discussing the cycles. Seeing the forms that detail how rewards can be used and conflicts can be avoided. Looking at a consistent case study throughout. Looking at how emotional rewards are more valuable than expensive rewards. I liked the use of the breakout rooms to have in-depth discussions about the case study, following the steps highlighted. Thank you so much, it is going to be very beneficial to my practice moving forward."
