Explore and consider ways to improve and structure team meetings. Learn how to increase participation and enjoyment through creative exercises and resources.

This is a 1/2 day course delivered online (for teams).

This course will be useful to anyone who is experiencing ‘team meeting syndrome’. It will help you to consider how to improve the structure and process of meetings and ways to increase participation and enjoyment.

You’ll experience creative exercises and resources to help create a toolbox for your own meetings.

    Also currently available (online for individuals).

    • Consider team meeting traps, pitfalls and habits
    • Explore ways to increase meaning and enjoyment for all attendees
    • Practise methods and resources to increase energy, focus and participation
