Creative consultation
Explore creative methods for engaging and facilitating communities and service users in consultation processes.
This is a 1 day in-house course (we come to you).
This dynamic one day course will explore creative methods for engaging and facilitating communities and service users in consultation processes; with specific time to explore concepts of meaningful participation, underpinning values and in what ways stakeholders can really influence decisions.
Participants are encouraged to reflect and critique every part of the course, from start to finish in terms of creating an environment for effective and open dialogue, making the most of the resources you have available, and the techniques and processes selected by the facilitator.
During the day there will be the opportunity to experience four creative tools and methods, and many others are discussed. Participants leave with a resource pack.
