Introduction to group and peer supervision

Explore and develop models and helpful practices to aid group run supervision sessions.
This is a 1 day in-house course (we come to you).
This training is suitable for people who are running, or considering setting up, group supervision for staff, volunteers and/or as peers.
It will help you to consider what model, approach and methods will be most useful to meet your intentions and needs.
This training is available for individual staff members on our open programme in Bristol (you come to us).

To explore group supervision models and processes, and helpful approaches to develop and run group supervision sessions
Course objectives
By the end of the course, you will have had opportunities to:
- Consider the benefits and purpose of group supervision
- Explore some core processes and good practice principles
- Reflect upon content and process needs
- Consider line management and peer supervision differences
- Experience useful methods to facilitate and run sessions
