This is a 1/2 day in-house course (we come to you).

Designed for anyone thinking about, or currently working with groups, this course introduces good practice and helpful approaches for managing groups successfully.

Participants explore group development and culture, consider inclusion and access issues, and identify practical ways to plan and facilitate effective groupwork.

    Also currently available (online for teams).
