Support Assistant, Second Step
"I found the whole content of the course useful. In particular the classification of personality disorders. Useful in my area of work, and now I recognise the difficulty in diagnosis in alcohol dependence. Brilliant content. Brilliant trainer. Very useful information and delivered with good knowledge, appropriateness and relevance."
Alcohol Liaison Nurse, UHNS
"Honestly - all of it. Especially useful to learn about schemas. Very good, I would recommend to anyone."
Relief Support Worker, Second Step
"I found this day very informative, helpful and it has definitely changed the way I can work with service users. A lot of ground to cover and I thought this was facilitated very well, with good emphasis on group discussion which is always better than just being 'talked at'."
"The whole day - a great learning curve. I hadn't much knowledge prior to the day and have got a huge amount to go away with and think over."
