Practical management of ADHD (online for teams)

Understand the core features of ADHD and explore practical psycho-social strategies to manage the core symptoms of ADHD and related poor impulse control disorders.
This is a 2 day course delivered online (for individuals).
This course will define the key features of ADHD and its relationship to other presentations.
Using the current understanding of the neuroscience behind ADHD, it will explore practical psycho-social strategies to support people to manage key cognitive functions, including establishing basic routines, reshaping environments addressing working memory, time blindness, emotional dysregulation and impulsive behaviours.
Whilst the core focus of the training pertains to ADHD, these skills will be helpful to those who experience a wide range of poor impulse related difficulties.
