This is a 2 day in-house course (we come to you).

This hands-on training supports staff and volunteers working in charities, community organisations, and social enterprises to confidently plan and deliver projects that make a difference.

Whether you're new to project work or looking to strengthen your approach, this course offers practical tools, shared learning, and space to reflect.

    This training is available for individual staff members on our open programme in Bristol (you come to us).

    • Close projects well—capturing learning, celebrating success, and planning next steps
