Groupwork facilitation
Develop skills and confidence in group facilitation, group management, co-facilitation and creative groupwork methods.
This is a 1 day in-house course (we come to you).
A day of experiential learning and reflection on good practice in managing groups and group facilitation. Use a theoretical framework to learn about the key stages of group dynamics and group process.
Explore the role and skills of the facilitator (including co-facilitation) and consider practical ways to overcome difficulties in groups.
Relevant to a range of groups and group work programmes, you will develop creative group work methods to apply to your own setting.
This training is available for individual staff members on our open programme in Bristol (you come to us).
Also available as a 2 day in-house course (we come to you).

- Explore and practice some key skills for group facilitation
- Identify practical ways of overcoming problems in groups
